Shipping policy
SHIPPING: I currently ship using USPS. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a tracking number via the email on file you used when making your purchase as soon as your order has shipped.
INCORRECT ADDRESS: Please make sure the name and address is correct when checking out.
SHIPPING RATE: Rate is calculated ay check out.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES: Once a package is scanned by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If you package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please file a claim with the carrier. I can assist you in the process if needed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Once items are shipped, all sales are final. Unless it is an issue with us, I will not be able to except returns and/or exchanges. I do not offer refunds, as all sales are final. Each item is customized and uniquely designed.
ORDER ISSUES: Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately If your item is defective, damaged or the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. You can email me at tumblersfort@gmail.com.
