Refund policy

*Due to the nature of my products, all sales are final.

*The price of items does not include shipping.

*All cups are handmade. Minor imperfections are possible and may have slight color variations. 

*Care instructions are included with each item. All cups are hand wash only. Not microwave or dishwasher safe.

*Price for each cup is determined by the size of each cup, time spent on each cup and material needed for each cup. Additionally, cups made with custom straw toppers and/or additional straws and lids and factored into the price. There is no additional charge for decals. 

SHIPPING: I currently ship using USPS.  Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a tracking number via the email on file you used when making your purchase as soon as your order has shipped. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS: Please make sure the name and address are correct when checking out. 

SHIPPING RATE: Rate is calculated at checkout. 

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES: Once a package is scanned by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, stolen, marked as "Delivered" but not received, or damaged, please file a claim with the carrier. I can assist you in the process if needed. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Once items are shipped, all sales are final. Unless it is an issue with us, I will not be able to accept returns and/or exchanges. I do not offer refunds, as all sales are final. Each item is customized and uniquely designed.  

ORDER ISSUES: Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if your item is defective, damaged or the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
